The Customer is Always Right

Raised during the Great Depression, my 92 year old Grandfather got his first job at age 5. He has since worked his tail off to build a very successful and thriving empire. One lesson that he has taught throughout the years is that the customer is always right and it’s a lot easier to keep a current customer than to find a new one.

At Recessionista, we couldn’t agree more. With customer service virtually non-existent in so many businesses today, we hope to change that. We will strive to do whatever we can, within reason, to have 100% satisfaction from all of our customers. Whether it’s our mistake or not, we pride ourselves in putting the customer first. After all, without the customer, we know Recessionista would fail.

    Boy are you right about most bussinesses not having any customer service anymore! So glad you do, and that's why I will keep coming back here again and again …well other than the gorgeous goods and great prices of course!
