If you’re really into scarves and things you can do with them, you really want to check out furoshiki.com . Furoshiki are Japanese squares of fabric used for wearing, carrying, wrapping, etc. They’re made from silk and cotton most often, and have the cutest patterns! Mine is black with white stitching and patterns of bright red and gold maple leaves, the full moon, and rabbits (an allusion to an old folktale about the rabbit in the moon). So far it’s been a bandanna, a purse, and Christmas gift wrap. <3
