My own research has shown that jeans can be dressed up or dressed down. Having multiple pairs of jeans ensures that you always have options (light, dark, stretchy, low-waisted, high(er)-waisted, white-washed, embellished) to suit your mood. You don’t have to jeans as often as slacks (with all of our readers who have little ones with dirty hands, this is a huge plus). Dress jeans down with a burnout tee and a cap or dress them up with a necklace and earrings.
