Remember this post?  I’ve been on a quest, a very serious one, to find myself the perfect skinny jeans.  I fought it off long enough…you know the return to 80’s land….but have since decided that getting some good use out of my boots takes priority.  I almost shelled out close to $200 for a pair for my first skinnies at Nordstroms.  I almost took the bait that a higher price tag meant a better jean.   However, at the last minute, I couldn’t do it and walked away empty handed.  I was certain that my family need not starve for a good pair of skinnies.

Being a serious jean lover, one who could very well live in them all.the.time, I wasn’t going to just settle for anything.  I wanted style, comfort, a little sass, and excellent quality – all for a really good price.  After all, I have learned to NEVER overpay.  Alas, in Vegas, we finally came face to face with the very jeans we’d been searching for what seemed like the ends of the earth, the jeans that our now my very favorite pair.  The brand – Liuce (pronounced Lucy)- unless you’re like me who likes to say Lu-CH-ay cuz I’m cool like that.  They are hot, sexy and oh so comfy.

Post edit: I usually wear a 28, 29 in jeans or size 6 and wear the size 9 in this style.  Another one of us wears a 00 (yeah I’d hate her if she wasn’t so nice) and wears a 1.  The other one of us wears a 27,28 and wears a 7.  I hope this helps.  They’re stretchy and give a little.

Our time is Vegas is proving to be magical indeed.  After months and months of searching for a particular style of jeans, we found them and they were even better than we imagined.  I tell you, though, this source finding is both painful and hard, mixed with a lot of trial and error.  I suppose that’s bound to happen, though, when being extremely picky with both quality and price.
